House sitch....

So, to answer all of your questions....we currently are still in the market for a house, but we feel really good about things. The house we put the offer on went to another couple because they offered full cash! I don't know what is so appealing about cash, I don't want it, so I guess I can't relate to their decision! Just kidding....anyway, Steve went up for the weekend to check them all out....hopefully he finds one that we will love!
